Do the angels attend women’s dhikr circles if the women are bare-headed?
Question: 126941
Is it true that the angels do not attend women’s dhikr circles if the women have their hair uncovered (i.e., they are not wearing hijab)?
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family.
I do not know of any basis for that. They may recite Quran and remember Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, even if they are bare-headed, if there is no non-mahram man present with them. That does not prevent the angels from coming in. And Allah is the source of strength. End quote.
Majmoo‘ Fatawa Ibn Baz (24/85).
