Someone who is doing tamattu‘ entered ihraam for Hajj from ‘Arafah on the 8th of Dhu’l-Hijjah

Someone who is doing tamattu‘ entered ihraam for Hajj from ‘Arafah on the day of at-tarwiyah (8th of Dhu’l-Hijjah). Does he have to do anything?

Answer

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family.

He does not have to do anything, because it is permissible to enter ihraam for Hajj from within the Haram zone and from outside the Haram zone. End quote.
