Can he go out from Mina to al-Taa’if and come back to do the farewell tawaf after the crowds have dispersed?

Is it permissible for the pilgrim during the days of Mina to go to al-Taa’if and after twenty days come back to do the farewell tawaf?.
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family.
It is not permissible for the one who does Hajj to the Sacred House to travel before he has completed the actions and rituals of Hajj, which include the farewell tawaf.
And Allah is the Source of strength. May Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions. End quote.
