The Sunnah with regard to reciting Soorat al-Sajdah and al-Insaan in full in Fajr on Fridays

It is prescribed to recite Soorat as-Sajdah and Soorat ad-Dahr [al-Insaan] in Fajr prayer on Friday, and there is nothing wrong with always doing that. But if there is the fear that some people may think that it is obligatory to always recite them, then it is prescribed for him not to recite them sometimes. End quote.
