The bankrupt is the one who has debts that are greater than the wealth he owns. If the creditors ask the court to establish conservatorship and divide among them the wealth that the debtor has, the judge must respond to that. If any debts remain unpaid, then they are still owed by the one who is bankrupt until Allah blesses him with wealth whereupon he must repay these outstanding debts.

It is recommended to recite Surat al-Kafirun and Surat al-Ikhlas in the two Sunnah rak‘ahs of Fajr and Maghrib.

Shari`ah is the entire religion; Fiqh is knowledge of the practical, minor Shar‘i rulings and Usul al-Fiqh is knowledge of the evidence for Shar‘i rulings and the ways in which these rulings are derived.

Ijma` means the agreement of the mujtahids of this ummah after the death of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on a Shar‘i ruling. Ijma` is of two types: definitive and presumptive.
