Is a Woman Permitted to Live Alone in Islam?
• A woman may live alone subject to the condition that she is trustworthy and is not a woman of dubious character.
• A woman is not allowed to travel without a Mahram because travel Because there is a Hadith that clearly prohibits it, and because it involves hardship and exhaustion, and because of her weakness a woman needs someone to help her and stay by her side.
• It is not correct to compare travel to a woman staying alone in a house in her own land, because there are more dangers in the place that a woman travels to.How Far Can a Woman Travel without a Mahram?
If going from your city to this place is regarded as travelling according to the people`s customs, then it is not permissible for you to go there without a Mahram. If it is not regarded as travelling according to custom then there is nothing wrong with you going there without a Mahram.
Can Intersex Marry in Islam?
If it is not known whether the intersex is male or female, it is not permissible for him to get married. If it becomes clear that he is male, then marriage to him is valid. As for one who has weak desire or is even impotent, marriage to him is valid, but he must disclose his condition before marriage.
Can a Woman Divorce Her Husband If He Takes a Second Wife?
• A woman does not have the power to divorce her husband; rather divorce is in the hand of the man. The husband is not obliged to seek the permission or approval of his wife if he wants to take a second wife.
• If it so happens that a woman cannot put up with her husband’s taking a second wife and she fears that she will not be able to fulfil her husband’s rights over her, then she may request Khul ` and return the dowry to the husband.Can a Woman Marry an Impotent Man?
It is permissible for a woman to marry a man who is known to be impotent because intercourse is her right but she may waive it. If she does that, then she cannot demand this right after marriage.
Can You Have Kids in Jannah?
Some of the scholars are of the view that if a person wishes to have a child in Paradise, Allah will fulfil that wish for him. Some other scholars said that in Paradise there will be intercourse but there will be no children.
Will Children Enter Paradise?
- There is no dispute among the scholars that Muslim children will enter Jannah.
- Scholars differed concerning the fate of the children of the non-Muslims that they will be; 1- In Jannah. 2- With their parents in Hell. 3- The servants of the people of Paradise. 4- Tested in the Hereafter, and whoever obeys Allah will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys Him will enter Hell.
How Old Will We Be in Paradise?
People will all enter Paradise at the age of strength and youth, 33 years old. Prophet Muhammad said: “The people of Paradise will enter Paradise hairless, beardless with their eyes anointed with kohl, aged 30 or 33 years.”
