Ruling on praying in congregation in the mosque
Praying in congregation in the mosque is obligatory for men who are able to do it, according to the correct scholarly view, based on a great deal of evidence, including the words of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): “By the One in Whose hand is my soul, I was thinking of issuing instructions that firewood be collected, then I would issue instructions that the call to prayer be given, then I would instruct a man to lead the people in prayer, then I would leave them and go and burn the houses of some men. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, if one of them knew that he would find a meaty bone or a sheep’s foot, he would attend `Isha’ prayer.”The Sunnah is to make the grave deep, but is there a difference between the grave of a woman and the grave of a man?
Is her slaughter halal, as she slaughtered a pigeon with a knife that was not sharp, and only a little blood flowed?
1.. In order for the slaughtered animal to be halal, it should be cut in the right place, so the two veins should be cut, along with the trachea – which is the windpipe – or the oesophagus – which is the food pipe – ; or one of the veins should be cut along with the trachea and oesophagus. 2. If three out of the four were cut, then the bird you slaughtered was halal, and it does not matter if the blood that came out was a small amount, or the bird did not move after it was slaughtered. But if you did not cut anything except one vein only, then it was not halal. 3. It is disliked to slaughter an animal with a blunt instrument, because that causes unnecessary suffering to the animal. The one who does that must seek Allah’s forgiveness for slaughtering this bird with the blunt knife, and not do such a thing again. Is it permissible not to shave the pubic hair?
