If a person becomes junub and does ghusl, then some maniy comes out after doing ghusl

The fuqaha’ differed as to whether ghusl is required if maniy
comes out after doing ghusl. 

The correct view is that of the Hanbalis, which is that if it
comes out without feelings of desire, then ghusl is not required, because it
is left over from the first maniy. If it does come out with feelings of
desire, then ghusl is required because it is different from the first maniy
and was emitted with new feelings of desire. 

Ibn Qudaamah (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: If a person
has a wet dream or has intercourse and ejaculates, then does ghusl, then
some maniy comes out of him, the well known view that was narrated from
Ahmad is that he does not have to do ghusl. Al-Khallaal said: There are
mutawaatir reports from Abu ‘Abd-Allaah (i.e., Imam Ahmad) which say that he
only has to do wudoo’. That was narrated from ‘Ali, Ibn ‘Abbaas, ‘Ata’,
al-Zuhri, Maalik, al-Layth, al-Thawri and Ishaaq. Sa’eed ibn Jubayr said: He
does not have to do ghusl unless there is desire. End quote from
al-Mughni (1/128).

The evidence for that is: 

1 – Sa’eed narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased
with him) that he was asked about the one who is junub and something comes
out of him after doing ghusl. He said: He should do wudoo’. Imam Ahmad
narrated something similar from ‘Ali. 

2 – Because it is one maniy so only one ghusl is required,
just as if it was emitted in one go. 

3 – Because that which comes out without desire is more akin
to that which comes out because of cold. This is what Imam Ahmad cited when
he said: Because the desire is past; rather it is minor impurity for which I
hope that wudoo’ will suffice. End quote from Kashf al-Qinaa’
(1/142). 

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:
The words “If it comes out after that he should not repeat it” mean: if he
did ghusl for that which was already emitted, then it comes out when he
moves, then he should not repeat ghusl. The evidence for that is: 

1 – The reason is one and the same, so there is no need for
two ghusls. 

2 – It came out after that without feelings of pleasure, and
ghusl is not required unless it comes out with feelings of pleasure. 

But if maniy comes out again because of (renewed) desire and
gushes out, then he must do ghusl again because this is a new reason. End
quote from al-Sharh al-Mumti’ (1/281). 

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen was asked about this fluid that comes
out after doing ghusl for janaabah. He replied: 

As for this fluid that comes out after doing ghusl for
janaabah, if there is no new feeling of desire that caused it to be emitted,
then it is the remainder of that for which the first ghusl was done, so he
does not have to do ghusl for that. Rather he has to wash off whatever of it
has got onto him, and he has to do wudoo’ only. End quote. Fataawa Ibn
‘Uthaymeen (11/222). 

This was the view favoured by the scholars of the Standing
Committee when they said: If a person has done ghusl for janaabah then some
maniy comes out of him after doing ghusl, it is sufficient for him to wash
it and he does not have to repeat ghusl, rather he has to do instinja’ (wash
his private part) and do wudoo’. End quote.
