What Is the Time for Offering Udhiyah?

One sheep is sufficient as udhiyah for one man and his family and whoever he wants among the Muslims. If two or more people buy a sheep and sacrifice it, that is not sufficient.149,120What Are the Best Animals for Udhiyah?

It is permissible for the family of the one who is offering a sacrifice to cut their hair or nails during the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah. The prohibition to remove anything from hair or nails applies only to the head of the household, not to the members of his family.101,944
