While praying in a bathroom is clearly forbidden, praying in a room with a toilet can be valid as long as there is a separation and the area remains pure.

If a Muslim does his best to figure out the direction of the Qiblah, and then prays but finds out later that he was mistaken, his prayer would still be valid.

Cats do not invalidate the prayer even if they pass in front of you, because the basic guideline is that the prayer is valid and there is no evidence to suggest that cats can invalidate the prayer.

It is not permissible for you to pray sitting down in obligatory prayers unless you are unable to stand, or standing is very difficult for you, or you are sick and there is the fear that your sickness may become worse if you pray standing up. It is permissible to pray sitting down in optional prayers, even without an excuse, but the reward of the one who sits in that case is half the reward of one who stands

The free woman who has attained the age of maturity is obliged to cover her entire body during prayer apart from her face and hands. According to the majority of scholars, the feet must be covered. However, some scholars allow uncovering the feet.

If delaying the prayer means that one will miss out on praying in congregation and will pray it alone at the end of its time, then it is prohibited because it means not praying in congregation so long as one does not have an excuse for not praying in congregation.

The regular sunnah prayers that are offered before an obligatory prayer must be done after the time for the obligatory prayer begins.

Praying in cars, planes, trains or other means of conveyance, is not permissible unless there should be the fear that the time for the obligatory prayer will end before reaching your destination and it should not be possible to get off and pray on the ground.
