He pledged to give some money in charity and he does not have that money now

She vowed to sacrifice a sheep on behalf of her mother; can she offer the charity in the form of money instead?

She swears oaths to her children then they go against her wishes. Does she have to offer expiation?

With regard to oaths that you swore falsely saying that you did something in the past or did not do it, and you were lying, there is no expiation to be offered, but you have to repent to Allah.


How to Expiate for Swearing by Allah and Lying

A vow in intention only does not have to be fulfilled
