If a person does `Umrah and does not shave his head or cut his hair out of ignorance then he puts on his regular clothes, then when he learns of the ruling he has to take off his regular clothes (and put on the ihram garments), and shave his head or cut his hair.

The mistakes made during farewell tawaf include: 1- Not making tawaf the last thing; 2- Staying in Makkah after the farewell tawaf; 3- Walking backwards when leaving Makkah; and 4- Turning to face the Ka’bah as if bidding farewell to it.

One of the mistakes made in ihram is that some pilgrims, especially those who come by air, do not enter ihram from the miqat and wait until they arrive in Jeddah, even though they pass over the miqat.

It is not permissible for a Muslim woman to travel to Hajj without a mahram. A mahram is a man whom she is forever forbidden to marry because of blood ties.
