What Are the Virtues of Duha Prayer?
The words of the Prophet “and two Rak`ahs offered in the forenoon (Duha) will suffice for that (i.e., charity)” are indicative of the great virtue of Duha and how important it is. The narration also indicates that it may be offered with two Rak`ahs. Also, the Prophet advised Abu Hurayrah never to give it up.29,286Sunnah Prayers: 10 or 12?
1- The correct view is that the regular Sunnah prayers are twelve Rak’ahs: 2 Rak’ahs before Fajr; 4 Rak’ahs before Dhuhr, with 2 Salams, and 2 Rak’ahs afterwards; 2 Rak’ahs after Maghrib; and 2 Rak’ahs after `Isha’. 2- Sunnah prayers should be offered individually except in cases in which the Sunnah is to offer them in congregation, such as Tarawih prayers.17,706Should a Woman Pray Sunnah Prayers on Friday When She Prays Dhuhr?

The Sunnah indicates that it is mustahabb to pray two rak‘ahs between each two calls [adhaan and iqaamah], and the basic principle with regard to Islamic rulings is that they include both men and women, so long as there is no evidence to indicate that the ruling applies exclusively to men and not to women, or vice versa. There is no evidence to indicate that this matter applies only to men, to the exclusion of women, so the ruling remains as is, which is that praying two rak‘ahs between the adhaan and iqaamah is mustahabb for both men and women, whether that is in the mosque or at home.30,845Should You Pray Tahiyyat al-Majid or Sunnah Prayer of Fajr?
The best is to pray only the Sunnah prayer of Fajr, and that takes the place of tahiyyat al-masjid, just as the obligatory prayer also takes the place of tahiyyat al-masjid.41,624Should he offer the regular Sunnah prayers if he puts prayers together when not travelling?
